Booking policy

Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 12:00, full payment once you accept our written confirmation, and what to know about children and extra guests.

Arriving early or leaving late? Tell us your times in the booking request; we will help if the room allows.

Payment

We confirm availability and the total price in writing. Payment is made in full once you accept the confirmation; the payment instructions come with it. The room is secured when the payment reaches us. Rates are in Vietnamese dong, room only.

Safety

We only send payment details from sales@hungvuongresort.com or info@hungvuongresort.com, or on WhatsApp +84 945 785 777. If you receive bank details from any other address, do not pay and call us first.

Children and extra guests

Children from 6 to under 12 sharing existing beds: 120,000 VND per night
Guests aged 12 and over sharing existing beds: 300,000 VND per night
The resort does not provide extra beds or cots
Family rooms (Family Bungalow, Deluxe Family Pool View) take up to four guests

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellation terms for your dates are written in the confirmation we send before you pay. Read them before accepting, and contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
