Public rates per room per night in Vietnamese dong, room only, applying from November 2026. The price in your written confirmation is the one you pay.

Rates are per room per night for two guests sharing, room only (no breakfast). Family rooms (Family Bungalow, Deluxe Family Pool View) take up to four guests — see the surcharges below.

Extra guests share the existing beds. The resort does not provide extra beds or cots, so a group larger than a room's limit needs a second room.
How payment works
- Send the booking request form or message us on WhatsApp with the room type and dates.
- We confirm availability and the total price for your stay in writing.
- You pay the full amount once you accept the confirmation; we send the payment instructions with it.
- Your room is secured when the payment reaches us.

When the rate is not the cheapest way
- Two couples travelling together often pay less in one Deluxe Family Pool View (3,000,000 VND) than in two Deluxe Pool View rooms (4,400,000 VND) — if you are happy to share
- If you only need a bed for one night between flights, the Deluxe Standard is the lowest rate

Is breakfast included?
No. The rates are room only; breakfast can be ordered at the resort's dining area.
When do these rates apply?
They are the public rates from November 2026 for stays in 2027. The written confirmation for your dates is the binding price.
